Set up Telephone Counseling with Dr. Shackelford

Telephone counseling is a private, easy and effective way to deal with sexual addiction. You can arrange the time of your weekly consult with Dr. Shackelford at your most convenient time by email. He will direct and monitor the work of your recovery, including your progress through the SexHelp4Porn treatment program.

The first step is to contact Dr. Shackelford with your most preferred appointment times on our online Information Form. Leave your name, telephone number, and any other important instructions or questions. He will respond via email as soon as possible to confirm your appointment time.

Please email back your confirmation of the set time. Dr. Shackelford will telephone you at the appointment time (continental USA time) for your first one-half hour telephone session.

The cost of each 1/2 hour session is $59. Payment is at the beginning of the appointment by Visa or MasterCard. You may also mail checks or money orders in advance of your appointment.

Please note: the Information Form is NOT a secure document. Do not transmit any credit card number or other secure information. Also do not use this form to suggest names of someone whom you deem to speak for: the prospective patient must make contact himself.
